こんにちは！元気ですか？沢山の人が、フィリピン保険オフィスが開くのを待っています。今１２時です。何人かの人は、昼食も食べていません。個人、政府両方へ保険の申し込みをしています。バコロット市以外からも来ています。この保険は保険会社からのサポートが受けられる目的でできました。沢山の人は、そのプログラムの恩恵を受けられました。

Hello blog viewers! How’s your day? There’s people waiting for the Philippine Insurance office to open. It’s 12 o’clock noon and some still haven’t take their lunch. They were there hoping that they can finish their application for insurances provided by both private and government sector. These people came from different countryside outside the City of Bacolod. This insurance program is aiming to have the individual a secured and establish support from the Insurance company. Many had already benefits the insurance policy that help them in their needs. こんにちは！元気ですか？この写真はTINOLANG ISDAと言われる、フィリピン人が好きな料理の一つです。他のフィリピン料理と比較しても美味しく、プロテインが沢山含まれます。ミルクフィッシュここではバングスと呼ばれているものとよく似ています。色々な料理の仕方があります。地方により異なります。それぞれの地域で料理の方法があります。シーゾニングや野菜と一緒に食べます。フィリピンだけで、これは食べられます。

Hello blog viewers! How’s your day? Is it ok? I have here a picture of one of the favorite filipino dishes the “TINOLANG ISDA.” It has a distinctive taste compared to any other Filipino food. Rich in protein nutrients. The most compatible fish to cook is the Milk Fish or we called it heres as Bangus.There are varieties of cooking this kind of fish, depending on what province you are. Because some of the nearby regions have there own way of cooking it, whether it is mixed with seasonings or just simply vegetables. You can taste this one only in Philippines!
