お店のマネージャーのタレントに対しての役割は何でしょうか？一番大事な事は、タレントとお客さんの関係が上手く行くよう事を運ばなければいけません。マネージャーはお客さんが楽しいかどうか、気にしてます。仕事の中で、どうお客さんと関わって行く事が一番良いかをタレントに教えます。

どのようにタレントは与えられた場所で、行動すれば良いのでしょうか？もしタレントがお客さんと問題を起こした場合、貴方はどのように対応しますか？沢山のケースが起こります。そして、マネージャーだけがどうすれば良いか知っています。

最近、思うことがあります。日本語訳してて、ピナちゃん結構しっかりとした文章が書けるなと関心しています。こんな女の子にお店で、”ちょっとスソさわるいいですか？”とか言ってた私は．．．．．
