こんにちは！インターネットの接続がトラブルで暫く出来なかったので、アップロードが遅くなりました。何度も電話会社に電話しましたが、何の返事もありませんでした。気分が悪い．．．おまけに台風までフィリピンに来ました。
台風でも授業はありました。今回は料理でした。料理したあとは、食事です。グループでテーブルセッティングしました。美味しそうに見えます。彼女は、笑っています。多分美味しかったのでしょう！！！

Good day blog viewers! Sorry for not being update with my blog. The truth is I lost my connection in the internet due to trouble in their service. I’d done to inform the telecommunication company but then still no having a response. I’m not feeling ok for this time. At the same time having a tyhoon here in the Philippines.
By the way, even there is typhoon, still we are having a class. We were given the chance to enhance our skills especially in cooking. After it, judges will taste what we cooked. They graded us on the menu if we deliciously cook it and how we presented the table setting. Thus, these are the criteria which we will having a grade by group. She is smiling, maybe she found it delicious!!!

Hello blog viewers! How are you today? By the way, these are students eager and interested to learn about table setting. As the teacher demonstrating it, students concentrated very much. Because they know it will help them. Take a look at the table setting, do you know what setting is this? This is called “Russian” setting. You need 3-4 plates, 3 spoons, 3 forks, 3 knives, soup spoon, dessert fork and dessert spoon, water goblet, 2 wine glasses, cup and saucer, table napkin, soup with underliner. Except of bread plate and butter spreader. Very easy to set up all of this utensils needed, try to familiarize the position and just follow the tips yesterday. Have a nice day!

Good day blog viewers! How are you today? By the way, this is another useful table setting of American dinner. But what is one thing you know about American? This is the fact that in American table setting, they don’t use spoon but instead teaspoon. They use the following utensils for preparing dinner: 1 dinner plate, 2 knives, 2 teaspoon, cup & saucer, 2 forks, salad plate,bread plate, butter spreader, water goblet, and wineglass. Of course, we have to follow the tips of setting the table, don’t let the fork run away with the spoon! Forks go on the left, spoons and knives on the right. They should be placed in the order in which they will be used, with the first utensil on the far end from the plate, the second utensil closer toward the plate and so on. Knife blades should be turned toward the plate.If there is one wineglass, place it at the tip of the main-course knife. If there is more than one glass, arrange them in the order they will be used, outermost first. This is a useful idea if you work in a restaurant, don’t you!? Have a nice day!
