Hello blog viewers! Have a pleasant evening to all of you. Are you familiar with lechon? Do you know what lechon is? Have you tasted it or have seen it? If not I’ll give you idea on what a lechon is. It is a whole pig roasted in a bamboo stick under the charcoal. It is varnish with homemade sauce. This is usually prepared during festivals and special occassions. The price of “lechon baboy” ranges from P2,500 to P3,500. If you haven’t tasted it, come and taste it in the Philippines, the original native lechon!!!
