Hello to all blog viewers! How are you today? I hope all of you are doing fine. This is another January festivity in the Northern part of the Negros Island. Cadiz City is celebrating the Dinagsa festival every third week of January. Most of the time they are making paint out of themselves especially the one that is participating in the festivity, and all of the visitors are expected also to be painted.Just like on the picture I posted.
