ハロー！おはようございます。野菜は貴方の健康に大切ですか？人参は目にとても良い野菜です。市場や雑貨屋で売られています。１キロ６０ペソで買えます。ネグロスでは沢山の人参が畑で目にします。目にいいですよ！躊躇わずに人参を食べましょう！もしそれを食べれば、貴方の目はもっと綺麗になります。

Hello blog viewers! Good morning to all of you. I hope all of you are doing fine. Are you conscious to your health? Is vegetables important to your healthy body? Well. carrots are good in the health and most specifically in the eyes. It can be bought on wet markets and groceries. You can buy it at the price of 60 pesos per kilo. There are many carrot crops found here in Negros especially in the farms. So for good eyesight, don’t hesitate to eat carrots!!! Beautiful eyes becomes more beautiful than ever if you eat it!!!

ハロー！おはようございます。小さいボートに気づきましたか？それは、ダイビングスポットにダイバーを乗せていってくれます。その女の子は私のいとこの友達です。ボートを借りるのに３５０ペソ、ボートを操縦してもらうのに、１５０ペソかかります。沢山のダイビングスポットがフィリピンにはあります。その４０％はビザヤにあります。ここで、ダイビングを楽しんでください。

Hello blog viewers! Good morning to all of you! I hope all of you are doing fine. Notice the small boat that brings divers to their diving spot. The girl is a friend of my cousin, she’s a diver and she rented that boat for 350.00 and another 150.00 for the boat man. There’s a lot of diving spot here in the Philippines and 40% of them can be found in the Visayas Region. Come and enjoy diving!!!
