こんにちは！元気ですか？この写真はTINOLANG ISDAと言われる、フィリピン人が好きな料理の一つです。他のフィリピン料理と比較しても美味しく、プロテインが沢山含まれます。ミルクフィッシュここではバングスと呼ばれているものとよく似ています。色々な料理の仕方があります。地方により異なります。それぞれの地域で料理の方法があります。シーゾニングや野菜と一緒に食べます。フィリピンだけで、これは食べられます。

Hello blog viewers! How’s your day? Is it ok? I have here a picture of one of the favorite filipino dishes the “TINOLANG ISDA.” It has a distinctive taste compared to any other Filipino food. Rich in protein nutrients. The most compatible fish to cook is the Milk Fish or we called it heres as Bangus.There are varieties of cooking this kind of fish, depending on what province you are. Because some of the nearby regions have there own way of cooking it, whether it is mixed with seasonings or just simply vegetables. You can taste this one only in Philippines!
