As what you see, their faces were painted by the people standing by on the street. As they passed by they couldn’t avoid the people holding can of pints. Cadiz City is celebrating the Dinagsa festival every third week of January. Most of the time they are making paint out of themselves especially the one that is participating in the festivity, and all of the visitors are expected also to be painted.Just like on the picture I posted.
