Good day to all blog viewers! How are you doing by the way? Upcoming Masskara Festival of Bacolod City will be on October 18-20. Everyone will be excited to celebrate it and of course it is annually celebrated by Bacolenos. As what you have seen hanging bandaritas on the street were all prepared.
