貴方は緊急処置をした経験はありますか？心臓が止まったり、息が止まったりした時に、必要です。被害者をを救う為に、それをしなければなりません。またその間に、他の人に出来る限り早く病院に連れて行くようお願いすべきです。その経験がありますか？

Have you ever experience a cardio pulmonary resuscitation or in short cpr to one of your family members whose life is at risk. This is one incident of emergency needed to do when the victim has no pulse and no breathing. In contrary to that situation if the victim has pulse but no breathing, you should do the artificial respiration or in short ar. While you are performing this to save the life of the victim, you should ask help of the other person to seek/ ask activate medical assistance for follow up so that as early as possible the victim will be brought to the hospital. And the doctor will do what is needed for the victim. Have you tried this one?
