この魚は、一日中海で泳いでいます。不幸な事に、漁師に網で採れえられました。田舎ではこの魚を”ブカウ ブカウ”と呼んでいます。色々な方法で調理出来ます。炭で焼くのがもっともおいしです。それは、”シヌバ”と呼ばれています。
Fish is another kind of dish when taking a meal. In the sea you can see this…swimming all day. Unlucky this kind of fish if fishermen catch with their net. This is called”bukaw bukaw” fish in province named. You can cook this in different kinds, but for others it is better if toast only in charcoal, and it is called “sinugba”.
