元気ですか?シーフードはここフィリピンには沢山あります。自然に恵まれ美味しいシーフードが沢山あります。蒸したり、焼いたり、野菜と一緒に食べたりします。1キロ120ペソから150ペソです。フィリピン人は、この種の料理は本当に好きです。よく料理に使われている魚にミルクフィッシュがあります。フィリピンの魚を食べてみませんか?

Have a pleasant day to all blog viewers! I hope all you do are doing fine. Seafoods are abundant here in the Philippines. Many are enjoying this kind of foods because of its delicious taste and the nutrients it has. There are many ways of cooking fish, you can steam it, fry, bake or mix it with vegetables when upon cooking. The price of this comes in kilos, it ranges from P120 per kilogram up to P150. Filipinos are really fun of this kind of cook, the way it is also being serve. Much of the fish used in cooking is the milkfish. I hope you try Phillipine fishes to cook!

Agree with you. I think fish in the Philippines is fresh and inexpensive, and after all, very delicious. I like fish(fried sardine) with “sawsawan” sauce the best.By the way, did you take those sea food pictures at a Japanese restaurant? Have a nice weekends, Leonor.

Hello Hiroaki, good evening to you! YOu too have a wonderful weekend. Well about the pictures,i took it not on Japanese restaurant but on Filipino restaurant. Absolutely, tastes good if there is sawsawan…how many times had you tasted it?

Thanks for the reply, Leonor. Tell you the truth I’ve never imagined that the Philippino style restaurants have pools for the live fish. I’ve had fish with sawasawan sauce only a few times, but I love it so much that I want to know the recipe for the sauce.

Hello Hiroaki! Sawsawan is made up of vinegar, soy sauce, hot chili, ginger and etc…just try to mix the ingredients and you will have sawsawan.
