Good day to all blog viewers! How’s your day? I hope all of you enjoy the weekend. By the way, these are the technical support agents of call center “Convergys”. I could describe them as cool agents, why? Eventhough they are hard up of entertaining certain assessment to clients especially of trouble shooting on the net. They still have the smiles on their faces. This a positive outlook towards work that they are in. Goodluck guys and more power!!!
